Some highlights to entice you:

When Simmons teaches hour-long aerobics classes on Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, and Saturday mornings, he demands house music :danceclub: be playing when he steps out of the car. The 50 or so exercisers who had gathered Tuesday had to be standing, Sherry said, so Simmons could greet them individually. Men would likely be asked to remove their shirts.

"Absolutely no farting," Simmons said as marched to the front of the room. "People eat ****ing Mexican food and I have to suffer." :lolhit::rofl3: He put on "It's Raining Men" and we got moving.

Every so often, Simmons would materialize from among the sweaty bodies, like an enemy soldier in tall grass, and bark commands.

"No baby steps. Get your shit together!"

"Sir, you must be bad in bed!" :lolhit::lolhit:

I have a set of Apex Arc-8 wheels 18x9.5 ET35 in black (matte) finish wrapped in Continental...

I have a set of Apex Arc-8 wheels 18x9.5 ET35 in black (matte) finish wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact DW tires (275/35) The wheels have no curb rash at all and the tires maybe have 2500 driven miles on them. I used to use them to get back and forth to the track with my then non-trailered car. i have since put them aside since i trailer the car and i need to get rid of them. I can have pictures sent upon request, i have the wheels and tires at my house. The tires still clearly show the DW on them so you know they have minimal wear.

Im looking for 1700 for the set with the tires. I paid 2200 when they were new for the setup.

Any questions PM me.

Thanks - John

I am going to my first track event and wanted to get some recommendations on brake pads. My OEM ones are close to needing a change and since I hate all the brake dust they create, I wanted to get some new ones.
Can I get some recommendations on maufacturers and types of pads that would be good for street as well as track? I saw on Bavauto that they sell a cool carbon sport one. Didn't know if there are better ones out there.
Thanks in advance!

I am looking to replace the exhaust cam sensor but I am having a really tough time doing so and need proper instructions to remove it. Can i disconnect the two hoses on the left side of the firewall to make it easier to remove the sensor? I just hope they are not pressurized or something like that.

Is it fairly easy to run 12V from the fuse panel over to the driver's footwell or is there a better option? I'd prefer not to tap anything from the harnesses that are down there.

After numerous and responsive emails from Caesar at Lightwerkz, we decided that new OEM Halogen assemblies would work out best:

1. Significantly cheaper. http://www.headlightsdepot.com/produ...P#.UZ5fTj5AfTo OEM Xenons run $1300 for new and there weren't any deals to be had on eBay - single Xenon L/R were running in the $700s.

2. Ship directly to him from the supplier. This way I don't have to worry about it. I just pay and they're sent to him NIB.

3. Most for sale used Xenons are old tech and would be no real point in paying the extra when he is going to do the FXR Stage 2.

I really cannot stress enough how helpful and informative, let alone how RESPONSIVE Caesar was in helping me. I really have no clue about lighting and he made my choices much easier.

In the end I decided to go with the FXR Stage 2 and had him wire up Umnitza Orion V4 Halos with them as well.

Hopefully Headlight Depo will be quick on the ship and Caesar won't have to wait long for them.

Again folks, I can't recommend Caesar and Lightwerkz enough - top-notch company!!!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to throw a thread up about my recent experience with a valve...

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to throw a thread up about my recent experience with a valve adjustment done by Ray (playskool1). Overall, the experience was great and I highly recommend him to anyone in the SF bay area looking to get one done.

He came to my place on time, worked carefully and methodically, and took the time to show me how he was replacing the shims so I could understand how everything works. He also showed me the common VANOS failure spots (tabs + bolts) and confirmed that all the pieces were where they were supposed to be -- not broken or backing out respectively, which was a huge weight off my mind.

All in all, it was much better than taking it to an indie shop: it was more convenient, about half the cost, he answered a few other random questions about the car which solved some unrelated issues, and he let me know of a few other things I should replace (belts, fan clutch).

Based on this experience, I will be definitely be giving him a call in ~25k miles or so when I'm due for another one. Total price was $250 -- totally worth it!

Thanks Ray!

Cheers

*Model Year: *1998 (March build)

Model Year: 1998 (March build)
Mileage: 135,8xx

Factory Options:

Alpine White

Gray Leather

Power front seats

Harman-Kardon Sound System

Alpine Radio C33

Factory rear spoiler

Power sunroof

Cruise Control

History:
I purchased the M3 in Nov of 2007 with 90K miles on it from an older gentleman in GA. He had purchased the M3 as a Certified Pre-owned in 2003. A pre-purchase inspection performed on the car indicated the car had been well maintained and needed very little (I still have this document). At the time of sale, I was handed a stack of service records dating back to mid-2003 for warranty work and an Oil change. During my ownership, I've primarily used the care for fun, running me to the airport and occasional track days (Porsches do not like this car). Since in my possession, I've meticulously cared for the M3 and I've gone through quite large effort to rejuvenate just about every system in the car (far exceeds what I original paid and what I'm asking).

Below are some of the key highlights:

Top-end rebuild

Bilstein Suspension & UUC sway bars

All bushings (LCAB/RTAB), sub-frame & diff

Tie-rods and control arms

Wheel bearings front and rear

Oil pan with baffle & oil pump nut secured

Aluminum Radiator/thermostat housing, Stewart water pump, expansion tank and hoses

Dr. VANOs rebuild

Rebuilt drive-shaft

New factory wheels with new tires,

New BMW Headliner and pillars

Business CD with new HK speakers

New BMW Windshield

**Each part that has been serviced was always replaced with factory BMW or better.

Oil changes were always frequent (1-5Kmiles). With each oil change, I monitored the engine's health by sending oil samples to Blackstone for oil analysis. Each report has come back with favorable results indicating excellent motor health. All reports are in the service history binder.
To the best of my knowledge and Car Fax, the car has never been in any accidents nor had any type of paint work performed. The original Car Fax report that I ran documented a clean history with frequent service.

Mechanical: (7.5 out of 10)
-Feels like an air-bubble is trapped in the hydraulics, a double tap on brake pedal gives it a firmer feel.
-Sparkplugs have 30K miles on them, drives fine, but that would be the next think I would replace if looking for something to do.

Exterior: (7 out of 10)
-Paint is consistent with age with rock chips and a few touch-ups here and there.
-The most visible issue is a dime sized dent caused by rock. Some kids throwing rocks at cars caught my rear panel above the gas tank. I hated to break the factory paint, so I’ve never addressed professionally.

Interior: (6 out of 10)
-New BMW M steering wheel, shift knob & boot and e-brake.
-New BMW Headliner and A & C pillars
-No dash cracks
-Seats have wear and are consistent with age.
-Drivers bolster has dime sized wear hole and Passenger seat has a few cracks.

Black had written a lot of the best and most severe activity movies of the 1980's (including Deadly Tool and The Last Boy Scout), (Watch Iron Man 3 Movie Online) then took a long keep of lack until about 2005, and it is difficult not to respect him as Tony morrison a2z Marked without the science level ? sardonic, interested in ruining things up, brilliant and not entirely to be depended upon. Obviously he used to spitball collections uncredited for Downey?s previously Iron Man activities, before being introduced in formally here to take over the whole shebang.
Two times before, there had been a actual blast, in a actual town, that had triggered actual fatalities and accidents, and now, for a second, the whole redirecting fakery of a movie franchise?the equipment of the Marvellous?had applied against the remain cable of unfeigned discomfort. There was a distress. It was not just a issue of bad timing; it was a energy increase of huge discomfort, verging on pity.
