Compression test with supercharger help

I recently tested my compression on a 97 M3 with a vortech S/C
All 6 cylinders read right around 150 psi on a warm engine
I read somewhere that this is in spec (consistency good anyway)
Other posts say that these are low numbers. Does the intake tract effect compression numbers? Should I have disconnected everything in front of the TB? I used a battery charger and put the pedal on the floor while turning the engine over.
