If it does a quick lap of the 'Ring, it just shows how much better it could have...

To continue the exploration of E92 vs Z06
A stock c6 Z06 will deliver more than 400 lb.ft to the wheels between 300 and 6300 rpm.
It will also deliver more than 350 b.ft between 2500 and 6800 rpm.
Here are some more numbers for the...

I partially agree
And I think my expectations are unrealistic. This is why my dreams are for the performance of a 997 GT3 RS or the (soon to be) 997 GT2 but in the price range of the E92.:rofl2:

And not trying to be a Z06 fanboy
But as a yardstick it does pretty well.
The Z06 on the Nurburgring is listed as 7:42.9 and the E46M3 is 8:22.
Will the E92 go under 8:10? :peace:

Not convinced
I am not here to insult you or be insulted.
I would not consider obtaining a C6Z06 a waste of money any more than getting a E92 M3.
But, one of my points are, from the C5 to the C6,...

Mass needs to be displaced
To move, the vehicle's tires needs to exert a force on the road. The reaction to this force will push the mass of the vehicle forward at an acceleration rate determined by the size of the force and...

Who knows what will happen on the track?

I am quite dissapointed.
I was hoping for a competitor to this:

Sweet
looking vehicle.:agree:
Strong and purposeful, not a line out of place. The cabin is tied into the overall design like fighterjet; aerodynamic and agressive at the same time.

E92 back to beautifull again
Warning:Personal opinion inside.
I do not like vehicles where the fender flares look as if the vehicle has been lifted by a meat hook at the wheel wells. Unfortunately that would be the E46 M3.
