To clarify, you'll usually have bank 1/2 sensor 1(pre-cat) and bank 1/2 sensor 2(post-cat). I was referring to sensor 2, not bank specific.

Vacuum leak could cause that, maf would likely be bad all over, and a fuel filter usually affects the other half of the RPM range. Not sure a valve cover gasket causes anything other than an oil leak.

Next time make sure you also run the A/C system even when not needed. The oil in the system keeps the seals in good condition so it's good practice to switch it on and let everything flow somewhat...
