Default Argh! Unable to Dyno, fuse trick doesn't work

Tried pulling out fuse 33,56,61 as what suggested on the other thread. My car still won't go pass the 6500 rev limiter!

Also tried the DSC button voodoo and still no go.

Any other ideas?

Jeff

You need the DINAN stage I software...thats the only way the people that did the fuse thing or most importantly the DSC voodoo thing got it to work

I am installing my exhaust this tuesday with a before and after dyno and will post the results for everyone

That's what I'm afraid off...

The car DEFINITELY feels faster with this added stuff and extra chilly weather we are having here in NorCal.

I REALLY wanted to see what HP/Torque my car has with all this stuff added, oh well!

Hook up the car on the dyno...
Start car
press DSC
run to 6200
stop the dyno drum.
turn ignition off to pos 1 (no dash lights)
turn ignition to pos 2 (dash lights)
hold DSC button for 10 sec.
start car
run to your hearts content!

I swear with the 50 like tries we did, that is one or two of them...

Damn... we spent over 2 1/2 hours earlier trying different combinations and none worked.

You must have forgotten to do the chicken dance around the car in a clockwise direction. Joel always leaves out that part.

Damn... damn... damn... !

How come no one told me about this CRUCIAL step earlier? Do I need to do this within a specific amount of time? lol!

I'll probably take the car back again on Monday and try tec548 instructions above.

Dyno precedure:

1- start car on dyno
2- run car to 6k
3- turn off car but not all the way w/key - leaving it 1 click from full off
4- turn key back foward to the #2 position where the light/codes on the dash display
5- push dsc for 20 sec
6- start car
7- now go past 6500 rpm with sport button engaged & don't shut off

I've done this method and it will work, so long as you follow it exactly. We tried different hold times for the DSC and found that it needed to be exactly 20 secs. When we first ran the car to 6k, we didn't put it in gear and just reved it up there in idle.
