Valley Auto World BMW in Fayetteville NC Sux's

I purchased my CPO Vert last month from Valley and had a very good experience with the sales staff but I would not let them work on my skateboard.

Car was not dealer prepped for me when I bought it, it was not prepped for them to try and sell it in my opinion. Even when I told them to re-clean the interior they did a 1/2 hearted effort at best. There was lots of silicone on the tires but that was as close to detailing as they came.

It had been serviced (as part on the CPO process) and was left with ~1qt over filled with oil. I ask them to show me where the SMG relay was and the service manager had no idea. I ask the to check the air pressure of the tires as they were filled with nitrogen and no one in the area that I live uses pure nitrogen. The tires were precisely filled to 32psi in the backs and 30psi in the fronts.

I have no confidence in there ability to perform service and glad I do not live in the area so I do not have to drive to some where else!

This is my opinion only and is based from very limited involvement but wanted to add it to the discussion to warn others.

I feel your pain! I am never impressed with the service I get when going into that Stealership. I followed the advice of others and steared clear of dealerships and went to indy shops.

If you are in the area, there is a highly reputable shop on Hope Mills road at the intersection of Cumberland. Or I drive out to Cary and go to M-Powered Automotive. Justin and Micheal are great guys and Henry really knows his stuff. Take advantage of the free fried chicken when you are there!

Thanks for the info. As far as Valley goes, I talked to my dad and he had a friend with a Z3 that they got over 4k from before he yelled calf rope and sold the car!

Leith's service department in Raleigh is first class so far. Now go next door to the Leith Benz service dept if you like to be pissed off. Complete opposites.
