Default Torn....

I pretty much know the answers Im going t o hear but, I am completely torn between an E92 and a C63.... Driven the C63 2x and the M a bunch. I just feel the C63 is different and new, Im not feeling the new M as much and I really dot like the idrive. I do however like the 2 doors and the manual tranny. If anyone has driven or has had a C63 please help me out. I was also worried about resale in 4yrs since I plan on purchasing. Thanks!

C63s are purchased by pretentious proles who don't know really know anything about cars but want to impress their friends and neighbors. M3s are purchased by knowledgeable driving enthusiasts.

Which category do you fall into?

+1 on that ... i look at all the c63 drivers on the roads here and they all fall into that category. an M3 driver ALWAYS knows best !

What did you expect on M3 Forum?

In all seriousness - the C63 is a nice car. It has a lot of power. Straightline performance is better than the M3. However, the M3 is more "balanced." It has power, and handling, and style. By comparison, the C63 only has power and style - in the handling department it's seriously thrashed by the Bimmer.

Plus, the C63 is only available in the US with a girly-girl transmission. This may be important if your goal is not spilling your latte while texting.

Get the M3 if you enjoy a drivers car. The M3 will put a smile on your face much more than the C63

The cup holders in the C63 are definitely better.
