Daytona ya it includes the surrounds, there's pics on eBay they show it installed in my car. You can see all the little bits are there.
Also the alcantara insert and a dummy plug if the individual doesn't want
To move there mirror control. I have it on eBay for 650.00

The different bracket is not tall like the stock m3 one.
It's like a third of the height. And the back of the console attchs to it
