This is the Seibon bootlid that I got from the group buy, this is what it was like when I took it out of the packaging.
![]() ![]() ![]() But I didnt want to keep it all CF for obvious reasons, so they color matched the paint perfectly to my car. I wanted to show some carbon fiber somehow, so I came up with this idea to fade from paint to carbon on the tail and leave the license plate area exposed. The contrast between carbon and the Topaz paint looks sick in person and the clearcoat over the CF looks great. Deleted the keyhole as well. ![]() Here it is at the body shop getting test fitted. ![]() And it installed: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Also got the CF Hamann front lip on about a month ago, as well as 35% tint. Also, the body shop painted my ugly ass orange reflectors so it looks clean all around now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks great! Fade looks interesting but looks like fitment can be adjusted a little more on the right side.

I love the new trunk, I want to get mine painted the exact same way, I haven't been able to find a body shop where I live to get the work done at
