Question Bavarian autosport rear wing

I was looking at adding a factory rear wing to my car and noticed they sell there own brand prepaint and was wondering if anyone had ever purchased one. Wanting to know the quailty or I will just buy a factory new one for about $150 more and have it painted. Seems like a good deal coming already painted and with using factory quailty paint, at least according to the ad. Let me know what you guys think.

just do you know...they don't sell the actual factory wing, they sell the sedan "low arch" style which was a dealer option and added to M3 coupes after they had been delivered

the only place to get one is to get it used...I got mine on bimmerforums last year.

just to be sure...you are talking about the factory one, like the one in my sig, and not to LTW/GT wing right?

Dude. Don't jack up your clean, unmolested, trunk lid with a wing. Either trade trunk lids with someone who wants to get rid of the wing or buy a used trunk-lid/wing combo off of BF.c or something.

Please get an OEM wing and do not waste your time with cheesy aftermarket copies.

Hey Roland,

I like the look of the car with the wing better than without. However I think I will take you advise and look for a car that has a wing on it already and just buy both together. Just seems to be hard to find dakar yellow cars. seems like the black and white cars are easier to find. However found a place by Portland that has alot of wreck M3 I'll see what he has. And yes Ansel looking for a wing like the one in your sig.

i think i read something here about a place on ebay that sells painted wings cheap.

the PO put a ac schnitzner wing on my car. I like it better than the arched one.

And the answer is no. I do not see the obvious mismatch in the paint. Duh! It is not as bad in person as it is in the picture. but for 5k who cares anyway!
