I've done a cross country road trip in the car with no problems, it is an extremely reliable car. I have a stack of maintenence records, the car has been serviced at the same BMW dealer it's entire life. Records date back from day one of first owner. I am the third owner. All owners have been adults, no reckless teenagers. VIN # WBSBL934X2JR12644 Feel free to run the car fax, zero accidents, clean title. I have a copy of the car fax to go with the records. Recently had the inspection II maintenence done, which included all fluids being flushed (tranny fluid, diff fluid, coolant, oil, brake fluid, etc etc), as well as a valve adjustment check. I also recently had new suspension and a new muffler put on the car. For any serious buyers, I would be happy to put you in touch with my BMW mechanic, he knows the car well, as do I. I had Powerflex rear trailing arm bushings installed when I first bought the car, which is a MUST with e46 M3s. This car has a clean title and has never been in any kind of accident. All paint is origional except for the CSL front bumper. Car also has an AC Schnitzer rear window spoiler with new paint. Exterior is 8/10. Interior is 7/10 - everything is in fairly good shape, no rips or tears. Drivers side seat bolsters have normal wear. Interior has a rare, factory Alcantara shift boot, Stereo hookup for ipod or Zune, and a Dinan short shift kit.      thatcher.shultz@gmail.com
