Default Vorshlag lowers prices on AST 4100 kits

http://vorshlag.com/forums/showpost....99&postcount=1

Just a heads up to anyone who was on the fence from their (even higher) prices.

They lower the E36 prices, and raise the E30 prices.

E30 4100s cost $2660.....E36 4100s cost $1899.

Both used to cost the same. Screw AST.

As an E36 owner (and since this is the E36 section...) I don't see a problem

Sorry E30 owners...

Also, I'm pretty sure AST isn't to blame on this

Fewer buyers, higher prices. Buy more, demand lower prices E30 owners!

More like blatant price gouging; the shocks used to be +/- $100 between E30 and E36. This most recent E30 price hike seems to be the same cost as the newly included springs. I wonder why that is......../sarcasm.

Oh well, they're just not going to get my money for either car. E30 gets GC or JRZs, E36 gets Moton Street Kit. E30 owners buy GC kits costing $1800 all the time. ASTs priced the same or similar would fly off the shelves, if the marketing crew aggressively went after the E30 guys like they have after the E36s and later. Why the price hike needs to exist is beyond me, they're all but assuring that no E30 owner will buy them.

4100, 4200, and 5000 have had their price adjusted. this has been reported across many forums.

Joe's gonna be upset when he sees this, and Ant's going to be ecstatic

I'm happy though; these are AMAZING dampers and I'm glad that they're going to make them more affordable so that more enthusiasts can enjoy their awesomeness!

My buddy just picked up a set of these a few months ago. He's going to be pissed. Oh well.
