Default Suspension for my E46 M3 daily driver...

So I'd like to get coilovers for a few reasons, better handling, lower ride height, more aggressive response when doing HPDEs, etc.
However I honestly want something that rides like stock on the street as the car IS and WILL ALWAYS BE my daily driver.
I do about 5 HPDEs a year and a handful of auto-x events... I'd like to be able to adjust the suspension for those events and then set it back to something very very very similar to factory ride for everything else. And on a lesser level, would like to lower it a bit.
It's been my experience with all my cars in the past this isn't possible really, I know its likely the same with the M3, but I figured I'd ask the gurus here just in case. If it's not possible I think I'm just gonna do some sway bars and call it a day.
Thanks

If you're in the DC area, you'd be welcome to take a ride in my car. I'm very, very pleased with the ride quality on AST 4100s with 500/500 springs

If you don't get nuts with springs and valving, most aftermarket systems actually ride better than stock.

AST 4200 on 550/650 works for me... and the roads here in England are CRAP.

Take it to the track, dial it in, thrash it all day, and then dial it back down and drive it home.

If you do decide to come down this way, you're welcome to take my car for a drive, too. I'm on TCK 500/500.

EDIT: Also, I would say that the ride quality is pretty much the same as stock when they are set on full soft.

with the current price of the ast 4100s, i don't see a reason to buy anything else unless u want something along the lines of the 4200's or moton cs

Nice, the roads here in northeast PA are terrible. as bad as New Jersey

What is the pricing? with camber plates, etc - everything I'd need.

A former forum member (sold his E46 years ago) had TCK SAs with 500/500. We drove his car and mine (stock ZCP at the time) back to back and felt the TCK car rode better. It didn't bounce as much and recovered from bumps better.

That's wild, I just have a regular M tho, not a ZCP. Can't imagine its tooo different.

TCK = TCKline right? not AST correct?
