Default Snapped a stud while putting new coolant pump on. halp?

As the title says, I broke off one of the studs that the coolant pump is torqued down too.

Referring to the picture: I over tightened the top right nut, #3, and snapped off the stud.

Wtf I do?

A few options here....and 1 of them is not reinstall the pump with 3 studs. Don't even think about it.

Is there any stud exposed from the block? If so, if you don't have a welder, tap it lightly with a hammer and spray some penetrant on it. After a few minutes clamp on it with a pair of vice grips as tight as possible and get it out that way.

If you have a torch, heat it up with that and do the same minus penetrant.

If you have a welder, weld something to the remaining stud that will give you better leverage and turn it off like that....

You may have to drill out the remaining stud and re-tap and get a new stud in worse case scenario...

Yeah, been talking with my dad about getting some new torque wrenches. Guess I should have acted earlier.

Very easy to do...is any part of the bolt exposed? If so it is simple to get it out with a pair of vise grips...other wise you could try one of those screw removers...worse case is already covered!

If none of WRXEATRs ideas work, buy a set of easy-outs or reverse drill bits.
The stud should'nt be corroded, so it should come out pretty easy.

Can't get the part till Friday-Saturday . So here is the question: car has almost 81k miles, should I replace the radiator while I am at it too?
