Default Belts Replaced/Covered under Maintenance Plan, Inspection I/II?

I have no idea if they are or not.... Also, how does fluid replacement work?

Fluids are done at Inspections. Brake fluids should be replaced every 2 years.

Do a search on Inspection I checklist. I posted a pdf not long ago. w/o reviewing, I'd say they should check the belts - at least by inspection II, but replacement is a visual inspection judgement is my guess. Diff and tranny are Inspection II. Radiator coolant is now "lifetime", which is crap. I'd do it not less than every 5 years/ 40k WITH A MIX OF 50/50 BMW coolant/DISTILLED WATER - supply the distilled water to your mechanic. Personally, I'd not use any other brand of coolant as I've been impressed with what I've taken out of my BMWs using their blue OE coolant. With the recommendation I''ve made, my experience is that it comes out looking the same as when I put it in; smells used/sweet compared to new, but no sludge or even discoloration.
Brake fluid is 2 years, which can or cannot fall w/i inspection II cycles. If you plan to track or autox the car, go with a higher temp dot4 fluid like ATF or Motul; the OE fluid boils pretty easily in an E46M3, happened to me a couple of weeks ago at a DE.
Brakes should be inspected and replaced as needed too - I guess extended maint covers this, but it's on the inspection lists and done under the 4 year warranty.
Best thing is to get the list and review for yourself.
