Default Driver side tail light won't turn off...

ok guys so this is kind of odd....

Its not an M3 but it is an e46 so hopefully someone has the answer to this.

My friends car is an '04 325ci. He has the original LED tails on it. Tonight when he gets home he notices the driver side taillight wont turn off after the car has been turned off. Light switch is set to off. Battery has been unplugged and plugged back in and the problem persist. When he holds the brake, the light does get brighter so its seems like its the parking light part of the taillight that stays on.

Super weird. Any ideas?

Thanks

So-called 'Euro' parking light, ie indicator stalk not centralised?

Cheers

Yup just the rear drivers side and first thing I checked was to make sure the stalk is centralized.

Is the "euro parking light" feature something the dealer needs to activate. I tried it this morning and it didn't work on my car.

It's very dim, may be hard to notice in daylight.
