Default Leak and a short. Any suggestions?

Last week I came home to my car and the brake lights were on even though it was under a car cover. I got in and the dashboard was lit up with various lights. The battery was nearly drained so I jump started it and all the warning lights went away, and the brake lights went off. It had rained all night/day.

I drove it a couple times since then and haven't seen any problems. Then it rained a fair amount yesterday and overnight.

Today as my fiancée was leaving for work she noticed that the brake lights were on and the wipers were running. She noticed similar lights on the dash and took a picture. She turned the car on and off, but the brake lights remained on. The wipers went off when she turned the stalk to "off". I rushed home and found the battery dead, with tons of water in the car. The roof, handle, visor, floor, and seat on the passenger's side is all wet.

I've got the door open right now so that starts to dry out. The battery is totally dead, so I'll jump it once it has dried out.

Does anyone have ideas on what could be causing this? I assume I've got a leak in the sunroof that is letting in water and therefore causing the electrical problems.
