Lights
I have a 09 M93 Coupe (and love it after my Audi R8 & SLK55) ... but how the inside front headlights work (or are they just for show?)... I have read the manual but still can't work it out ... daa

They only turn on when you turn the wheels with blinker on bud.
How do you compare the R8 to M3? i'm in the process of switching the other way from you... Probably going to get 08 R8 V8.

The R8 is a better car (it should be for the $) than the M3 ... it handles better particularly in the wet, it goes better, sounds much better and looks great I changed to the M3 as the R8 attacts too much attention, has little luggage space and was too many $$ tied up ... and I didn't use it oftern and I use the M3 as my everyday car Go for it .... you will not be disappointed !! |

R8 will probably be my daily car as is M3 now... it's one of the reasons i like it so much. It's perfect all season car.

Aren't the inside lights used for flash to pass? Try flicking the turn signal stalk back.

Mine come on when the adaptive headlight control kicks in. Driver side lights up on left turns, passenger side on right turns. Try turning your wheels full lock left/right and see if it turns on. (make sure your headlights are set to Auto)
