Yes, its been inspected by a bmw technician, and know a lot of the history behind the car. I would just like a copy of the carfax to have on my computer maybe for other E36 owners to look at and evaluate.

i don't understand. people are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a car but can't spend the $20 to get a carfax report? makes no sense to me.

i guess, but what if I was away and couldn't help out?

I'm currently looking to buy a new car and I got myself a subcription because I've probably looked up close to 25 cars. It would get awfully annoying if I was here everyday asking for another carfax.
