if it is plausibility it could be the ect sensor which is number 18. It could also be the thermostat. because that sensor is a 2 pin connector and one of the pin has a variable resistor. wait till the car is completely cold hook up decent diag computer that shows live data like coolant temp correspond with outside temp. air temp going into motor. also check oil temp. they should all be very close to each other. if motor is dead cold and just started. the one that is off is your issue. if they are close like from within one degree of each other then it is your thermostat.
