I have a similar problem in my front left wheel: when I'm going straight, turning left, or when the car is cold, I don't hear anything. But once it's warmed up, turning right or stopping will produce this speed dependant clicking noise. I don't feel it through the steering wheel, and in fact I won't be able to hear anything unless the windows are down.
Since I can't feel it through the steering wheel, is it safe to assume the problem is not in the steering rack? e40SixM3, how did you apply lubricant to the anti-rattle clip?? Where do you apply it exactly and with what lubricant? Grease?
