Default Allergic to my car

I've owned my M for just over a year. Last year I never really noticed it but now I am defiantly noticing this issue. Every single time I get into the car and with the windows closed my I sneeze, my eyes get itchy, and my nose gets all runny. I am allergic to cats and dogs and I know the PO had like 3 small dogs. I found no trace of any pet hair or pet oder in the car but I still think that that is the cause.

I want to shampoo my carpets since that is most likely the issue. Anyone know of any good cleaning products out there for carpets?

Also The linear on the roof of my car I think I should clean also, I have no idea how to clean it since I don't even know what fabric it is..

And to add, the truck lining, I would assume that I would use the same as the carpet cleaner?
