Over the last two days, I've noticed that my headlight output cutoff is kinda lower than I'm used to seeing. When driving in a tunnel behind cars, I noticed that my headlight cutoff was either not visible on the car in front of me or located at the bottom of their rear bumper. Usually, the headlight cutoff should be right around the license plate area, if I remember correctly.
After I got home yesterday, I had my girlfriend start the car a few times in the garage so I could see if there was an issue with the autoleveling function of the headlights. When she starts the car, the headlight tilts down and then you can hear a stuttering sound for about a split second, before the headlights come back up. To me, it looks like the headlights aren't able to fully rotate down, before coming back up.
I have attached a video for reference.
Anyone have any idea how I would go about fixing this?
