Default need e46 m3 tech help

Here's the problem: DSC warning light was on and I tried to reset by disconnecting neg. battery terminal. I reconnected and more problems developed. Instrument display for SMG reads ppppp. No in dash computer display.
No RPM warning lights around tachometer for pre warm up. Low tire pressure warning light on. Low fuel warning light on and gauge pegged on empty. DSC warning light is still on. Had a independent tech scan the problems. He found no OBD 11 trouble codes but, his scanner did pick up electrical faults:
C7-left fuel lever sensor lever sensor short to B+. D7 right fuel lever sensor short to B+. CE- outside temp. sensor short to B+. BB-control unit fault invalid operating range. Any advice or what to do next? Thank you nak-nak

Another issue is that it ruined the color of your font

What is the voltage coming out of your battery?

naknak - change back to one of the forum default skins. I have no idea why we keep that skin around.. it makes your post unreadable for 99.99% of the people on the forum, which is going to greatly limit the number of answers you get.

Big clue - the easier to read and more detailed your question is - the better an answer you shall receive.

Sorry for the font color. I'm writing this reply on another computer. I hope it changed the color default setting. Static voltage is 12.o6 volts. Running voltage is 14.03

We tried the cluster reset. It seems the dash has lost communication with the computer. The displays are in metric.

Try the battery reset again. Have a professional do these steps (not you, lest you assume lots of risk for life and limb): remove the positive battery cable. Get a resistor, 10K ohm or above, put it between the removed positive cable and the negative terminal for about a minute. Remove the resistor from the circuit. Re-attach the positive terminal to the battery AND be sure you get the cable on the battery on the first try with no on/off action. Then report back. The goal here is to remove any latent/capacitive charges at a very low amperage to get all devices at a steady state voltage of very nearly 0v.
This is all at your own risk, or that of your professional mechanic's risk.

Static battery voltage of 12.06V means it's dropping well below 10V on startup, which is where modules in the car start doing wacky stuff. I'd suggest having a load test on the battery done, and when it fails it - replace it with a new one.

Replaced the battery. $178.00 hit from the dealer 2 year limited warranty. I could of got a ultima for less. No change in cluster problem. Going to try the cluster reset again. And if that doesn't fix whats my next move?
