talking to Andrew Fish from AA with my upgrade i will be running 100mm pulley and the larger IC, and he said ill be around 8 to 9 psi off that.....

Why are you going to run the 100mm with the stage 2 IC ?? I dont get it do you mean the 95mm ( stage1 /1.5) If you are getting a 8 rip eye pulley you should talk them into doing a 90mm

It is really nothing special but it does the job in terms of blocking direct heat from underneath the TB and keeping the cold air coming form the bumper congested to the filter. essentially acts as a shell.

This is where it gets funny. It is a recycle bin from Office Depot. I went through 2 before I got it right. I used some black door seals from Advance autoparts to keep the edges looking clean. It looks quiet well and does not show its true origin. which was my biggest concern due to using such a ghetto method If anyone decide to tackle this project make sure the recycle bin does not have any edges at the bottom because that will make it look ugly. unless you want to shave it off to a smooth surface and potentially spray some matte paint over it. I looked around a lot to find the right recycle bin; and I recommend you do too because the plastic surface is very good at avoiding surface scratches which will occur as you test fit it a few times I doubt the matte paint is that durable.

I know some of you may think that it is too thin to make a difference but you should look at the oem manifold elbow it is actually thinner. Also if anyone decides to use a diff material it has to be flexible because the area is not very workable to say the least.

It's not ghetto. Plastic is plastic. Maybe if it still said "Hefty" on it or something, that would be ghetto...lol

it is great in terms of isolating the cooler air to be sucked in and not mixed with the engine bay.
