Default Need saggy bumper assistance

As title says, need a good shop or someone to fix what should be a relatively easy fix. Specifically looking for someone in central/northern Jersey that is knowledgable on this very common and annoying issue that E46's suffer from.

I saw some threads on a DIY but dont have access to a driveway and havent had the time honestly. Some guy tapped my rear bumper when I was parallel parked in the city and looks to have popped out the left rear bumper a bit.

Didnt bother me at first but now it looks like its starting to sag more than before so want to get it taken care of.

any help would be appreciated
