You should probably have the oil changed as well as the brake pads and rotors replaced, at least. Probably a full suspension overhaul as well.

I would have a problem if that was a new car. Sure it only has 100 miles, but you can be assured that 80% of those miles were driving the car hard while the engine was still cold. No big deal most people say, but then wonder why their "crappy" car is burning oil like a mofo a few years down the line. I've always picked up new cars as soon as they are loaded off of the transporter to avoid that issue, never had any of my cars burn any oil at all, and some of them have well over 100k now.
