a few months ago i've been logging 5.5psi-6.5psi. clutch gave up at 168k miles during an HPDE event. i replaced with bimmerworld's JB Racing 10lbs. flywheel and clutch master clutch kit. i did a break-in on the clutch setup for about 500 miles. after that the car went back into storage.
it's been almost 3 months, yesterday and today i took it for a spin for about 60 miles. i've been only able to log 4 psi no matter what. could this be due to the flywheel setup or probably having a boost leak somewhere? the car still feels very fast but it could be because i haven't driven it for a long period of time.

No. Boost on a centrifugal is not load based in any way. You have another problem. Air leak or slipping belt are the most likely. And yes, I had a centrifugal Vortech with a stock flywheel on my 99M3 and then changed to an AA LTW flywheel, with no difference in boost.
