I don't wear many watches and the ones I do have were both sub-$250 (Diesel), but this one has caught my eye and is reasonably priced for me. It's TW Steel, the Lotus F1 team model. Is TW Steel a decent brand or is this just a piece of junk? For the limited number of days I wear a watch I was hoping this watch would be good value but I'm not sure.

Thanks.

I have a TW 843 and I really like it a lot. Just check the warranty and return policy if you have a change of heart.

i would stay away from TW Steel personally. However I don't know enough about them. Kinda remind me of Uboat.

Any particular reason why you would stay away from them?

funny how things work out...went shopping for a blancpain fifty fathoms and walked out with my 2nd AP ROO. i've always wanted a panda dial on bracelet but haven't had a chance to try one on @ an AD. waddiya know, as i walk by the AP boutique right there in the window display was a panda dial on a bracelet starring at me right in the face. walked in, tried on the watch, haggled for 10mins and gave them my credit card...super stoked!

first wrist shot! much heavier than i expected but i'm loving it

still itching for that fifty fathoms though...i really want another diver! time to start saving again

Let me rephrase, I would stay away from some of their models. Many models have standard quartz movements without screw down crowns so their water resistance is minimal. Some of their models do have amazing color combinations. But i will agree the prices are very reasonable around $225, problem I saw was that their prices have dropped drastically. When I was traveling last year some of their upper models were fetching $1k+ and now it seems they are all $500 and under. Not sure if i'm missing anything, but for a fun watch that has some size and some cool colors it works.

Their emerson fittipaldi edition in PVD is pretty sweet. Also their cases have attributes similar to that of APs which is a nice cheaper alternative with that same rivited look around the bezel.

So since some of you guys were talking about uboat and reese even posted wow website (their uboat collection isn't that great in mho) I found this other website
They are giving an extra 35% with code ub35 (it's right on their banner) deal ends friday
some nice pieces for under the $1,000 mark ya would pay for them
This is the one I'm thinking about ordering
http://www.jomashop.com/u-boat-watch-340.html
From $1,032 it comes out at $670 with free shipping lol
I looked in other website's and can't find that same model for a lower price
Oh and wayward...
Ice Watch is going to be in every young rockers hand JK
"No Doubt" shows them clearly on their music video for their new song (which is )
at 0:45sec's
(I edited the checkout page as it erased, so I placed the watch online page)

That uBoat is already marked down. Just can't get into them.

Oh and that Ice watch...lesson learned. It went right back to the seller about 40 seconds after I opened the box The only one's that are decent are the matte finish watches. Anything shiny is

Well you were looking for a watch near $150 to toss around
you looked at Rotary Editions 602c? or 604c?
I bought mine second hand for $65 on WUS and love it
Only real down side is that there is no aftermarket strap because how it's held in place
Here's the sell thread for the one I bought
I like this watch a lot and people at work ask me to sell it to them...some said to give it to them
Seen a few on some websites for as low as $115
