Need some help

Been on here for a while now, finally needing some help from the good guys here!

Having some trouble with what I'm assuming is something fuel related. It's weird. First time I start the car in the morning, it will rev up normally, and then lose rpm and die out. After letting it sit a few seconds, can start again and it will Idle, but any throttle input given and it loses rpms again and dies. Doesn't seem like a fuel filter issue(needs replaced anyways

) since it can idle. I'm kind of at a loss right now and would love some help. Gonna try to get a code reader on it tomorrow and see what comes from the CEL it's showing.

Any help is appreciated guys!

Does this only happen when its cold, or will it work when its warmed up? Can you drive the car at speed? It seems more like a vacuum leak, but that's just a WAG.

Happens anytime, haven't let it sit at idle to warm up and try. Was choking out on the way to work before I parked it. Would stumble when I gave it any throttle other than WOT. Hopefully I can get a scanner on it tomorrow.

I am betting vacuum leak. Check all of the plumbing from the air filter to the throttle body. Something is letting air in after the MAF and it is leaning out.

So, remember, the first law of troubleshooting is: start to look the last place you worked!

Well, finally got some time out of my schedule to look into my problem. Low and behold, I found that the bellows between the maf and asc was cracked where the hose on the bottom goes. Was a brand new part a few months ago when I was replacing the starter. Go figure. The hose was completely detached. I'm thinking I found my leak!
