at low speed when starting off, the right rear wheel makes a weird metallic clinking noise. Happens both when backing up or going forward, is not consistent with wheel or engine speed.
Breaks are fine and there are no problems braking. The heat shield is on solid. When I flicked the heat shield with my fingernail, it made a similar sound. As I speed up, the sound goes away. Sometimes it comes back at really low speed. I'm not dragging anything and everything looks in place. any ideas?
