At Wal Mart

Quote:
A pair of frisky Kansans are facing criminal charges after they allegedly swiped some K-Y Jelly from a Walmart and
actually began trysting inside the big box retailer, cops report.

The X-rated encounter Sunday evening resulted in the arrest of Julian Call, 22, and Tina Gianakon, 35, on theft and lewd
and lascivious behavior charges, according to the Hutchinson Police Department.

Call and Gianakon are pictured in the adjacent mug shots (click to enlarge).

Witnesses told officers that the couple was openly fondling each other in full view of fellow Walmart shoppers (which
resulted in the lewd and lascivious charges). Additionally, the pair was accused of shoplifting the sexual lubricant
and other items.

Municipal Court complaints filed against Call and Gianakon accuse them of engaging “in sexual intercourse or sodomy with
any person or animal with knowledge or reasonable anticipation that the participants are being viewed by another.”

Call and Gianakon--both of whom appeared sober--were briefly booked into the Reno County jail on the misdemeanor counts.

Bride to be murders the groom hours before their wedding.

Quote:
A bride-to-be is charged with murder after allegedly stabbing her fiance just hours before the couple's wedding was to start near Whitehall, Pa.

Na Cola Darcel Franklin, 31, and her fiance Billy Rafael Brewster, 36, were planning to tie the knot at 10 a.m. on Saturday, but at some point during the night, Franklin and Brewster began arguing, Steve Luksa, first deputy to the Lehigh County District Attorney, told ABCNews.com. In the heat of the argument, Franklin allegedly stabbed Brewster twice with a kitchen knife, police said.

"One of the stab wounds punctured his heart," Luksa said.

When police arrived at the apartment, shortly after 2 a.m., they found Brewster bleeding from chest wounds on the second floor landing.
He was transported to the Lehigh County Trauma center and pronounced dead at 3:24 a.m., less than seven hours before the wedding.
Luksa said the couple was not alone in the apartment when the stabbing took place. The couple's children, and extended family members were also present because of the impending nuptials.

Franklin was arrested and charged with one count of criminal homicide, Luksa said.

She is being held in Lehigh County Prison without bail, Luksa said.
When Franklin told Bulter via the video conference arraignment that she wanted to go home, Butler responded, "You are not going home any time in the near future."

Powder Springs Man Arrested for Drunk Driving - A Bulldozer

"A Cobb County man was free on bond Tuesday after spending four days in custody for allegedly damaging property while on a bulldozer, according to police.

Cody Ray Gibbs, 22, was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he intentionally destroyed concrete curbing, erosion silt fence and landscaping at a construction site near Powder Springs where homes were to be built, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Gibbs did not have consent of the property owners to operate the bulldozer between 2 and 2:30 a.m. Aug. 2, the warrant states.

The arrest was the second for Gibbs in recent weeks in Cobb County, according to jail records. "

Driver swerves to avoid moose, hits bear instead
Motorist escapes uninjured but animal is wounded

OSLO, Norway — A Norwegian driver who swerved his car on a rural road to avoid running into a moose hit a bear instead, authorities said on Thursday.

The driver spotted the moose on a country road near Hanestad, 225 kilometers (140 miles) north of Oslo, around midnight on Wednesday, and tried to go around the animal, not realizing that a bear was also nearby.

"The driver had lost a bit of speed as he tried to avoid the moose before hitting the bear," said Svein Erik Bjorke of the local wildlife authority, who was out in the forest searching for the wounded animal.

"We are currently tracking the bear and we have found traces of blood indicating internal injuries," he said.

The driver escaped uninjured while his car suffered some damage.

Norway's rugged mountains are sparsely populated and full of wildlife. The country, nearly the size of Germany but home to just 5 million people, has around 100,000 moose and 150 brown bears, authorities said.

Man steals phone, contracts ebola.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/0...n_1832927.html

Don't do the crime if you can't contract the virus.

A man stole a cell phone from an isolation ward in Uganda two weeks ago, but realized he had more than the police to worry about when he began showing symptoms of Ebola, the Daily Monitor reports.

The unidentified, 40-year-old thief took a $23 phone from a patient at Kagadi Hospital, where several people were quarantined during a recent Ebola outbreak in the area. The patient has since succumbed to a deadly hemorrhagic fever stemming from the virus, but reported the phone missing shortly before he died, the Global Post reports.

Investigators tracked the swindler after he started making phone calls to friends and it wasn't long before the thief began showing symptoms. He checked himself into the same hospital he'd stolen the phone from and confessed his crime to police. Doctors said he is currently being treated.

The Ebola virus, which can cause Ebola hemorrhagic fever, is a contagious sickness that includes painful symptoms such as rash, diarrhea, vomiting, and bleeding from every orifice, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

After the outbreak, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni warned citizens to refrain from physical contact, including shaking hands and casual sex.

Man trying to create bigfoot sighting killed in Montana

KALISPELL, Mont. – A man dressed in a military-style "ghillie" suit and apparently trying to provoke reports of a Bigfoot sighting in northwest Montana was struck by two cars and killed, authorities said.

The man was standing in the right-hand lane of U.S. Highway 93 south of Kalispell on Sunday night when he was hit by the first car, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. A second car hit the man as he lay in the roadway, authorities said.

Flathead County officials identified the man as Randy Lee Tenley, 44, of Kalispell. Trooper Jim Schneider said motives were ascertained during interviews with friends, and alcohol may have been a factor but investigators were awaiting tests.

"He was trying to make people think he was Sasquatch so people would call in a Sasquatch sighting," Schneider told the Daily Inter Lake on Monday. "You can't make it up. I haven't seen or heard of anything like this before. Obviously, his suit made it difficult for people to see him."

Ghillie suits are a type of full-body clothing made to resemble heavy foliage and used to camouflage military snipers.

"He probably would not have been very easy to see at all," Schneider told KECI-TV.
Tenley was struck by vehicles driven by two girls, ages 15 and 17, who were unable to stop in time, authorities said.
