Incorrect. The 135i/335i guy's run a 50/50 91 & e-85 mix. My friend put down nearly 400whp without downpipes.

Sorry is there any more information on E-85 + Superchargers? I'm currently googling and nothing is coming up...

I was reading the SAAD fuel system is the way to go. Is there anyone with a dyno sheet of 91/100/leaded and e-85 comparisons?

135i and 335i's are different than E46 M3's. The fuel system in the E46 M3 needs to be redone to run E85. I'm almost 100% positive you can't mix them and have it run fine.

The price diffrence itself does not justify going e85. You will actualy pay more for e85 being that it burns 10-15% faster. The reason for upgrading is that e85 is equivalent to 105 octane and 93 octane is just 93 ocatane. I went e85 to run more boost not to mention it spools faster and thats it is $3.00 per gallon.

I'm really looking into doing an E85 trim for my car. It doesn't seem like many people with superchargers on E46 M3's do this. Now should I go AEM or ProEFI?

What exactly "needs" to be replaced besides running larger injectors/larger fuel pump?

Teflon braided fuel lines, Fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail, fuel check valve, 100-300 micron fuel filter, and you will need Pro-EFI.

You don't *NEED* pro efi, only if you want to run flex fuel. I know plenty of people running e85 only tunes with no flex fuel capability. Obviously flex fuel is convenient if you are concerned about finding e85 and ethanol content.

Yea, you don't *NEED* it, but everyone recommends it over using the OEM DME.

Who does an E85 tune on an OEM DME?
