Door latch DIY? And power lock question.
My passenger door latch needs replacement and I have the part, but although I know how to take the door panel apart, isn't the latch deep inside the door? Don't you need to do everything with a coat hanger and a blindfold? Or can I do this?
Also, my door won't unlock when I turn the key. Could my mechanic (who diagnosed it needing a latch) have left it unplugged or is that related to the latch? |
