I have an estimate from a Seattle-area indy bmw shop for RTAB repacement @ $288 labor + $57 oem parts + $160 4-wheel alignment.

The estimate also included replacing one (why wouldn't you replace both?)CAB @ $288 labor + $71 parts.

Seems like a good DIY for xmas break. Anything exceptionally difficult about this DIY?
