So they're doing reconnaissance to the moon, eh?

"Then, we want to search for resources on the moon. And finally, we want to get better insight into the space radiation environment and how it may be harmful to humans." Woah. Wait. If we've already landed on the moon, then why are we just now getting better insight into space radiation and how it may be harmful to humans? Moon Landing Hoax Conspirators have long used the radiation argument against the possibility of human landing. Sounds to me like they might have slipped up!
