Default dme removal help for reflash

i removed the dme with the 5 plugs and im almost sure thats all .. but what is the other metal box next to it with plugs in it also? i have a 04 very smg.. just want to make sure thats all i need to overnight to AA is the piece i already removed. thanks in advance

I know one is your DME and one is the SMG, that is why you see 2 boxes.
