theres no need for name calling, how old are you, 16?

I purchased a stg1 supercharger kit for my e46 m3 and had a great experience, but from what I can tell Active's customer service needs some work. Id definitely need to see some changes on their part before I even consider purchasing their kit for the e9x m3...

Exactly, because vendors should have your mentality and just ignore heated questions. That would keep their customers/potential customers happy.
