Try this link out: E46 Wheel Size Calculator

Plug in your info to determine if they'll work for ya! This is extremely accurate. I used it when purchasing spacers for my wheels.

EDIT:
I put your specs in: 19x8.5 et15 fronts and 19x9.5 et21.5 rears

The fronts will stick out half an inch past the wheel well.
