Sorry to hear about all the troubles.

Never had anything bad happen from servicing my car, umm anyone heard of Brian Jessel?, i would recommend them, that's the dealer i use.

Way to bump a 1+ year old thread, and I can't believe the OP took the car to the dealer and expected to get a good hand wash, haha. Avoid stealers like the plague, and you should have just ordered a new M3 badge and applied it yourself.
