Default Post maintenance idle problem

OK, here is my scenario. Car was running fine. I took out the MAF to get to the PS resevoir to remove it and replace the leaky power steering lines. While in there I also swapped out the PCV valve. Put everything back together and now the car idles very rough and stalls on start up. The CEL is now on and the peak code reader says MAF and throttle position sensor along with a few o2 sensor codes. Before I start swapping out parts curious if anyone has any suggestions.

I tore everything down again to recheck connections etc. The only odd thing I remember doing was I went to bleed the steering rack after swapping out the lines and changing the PS fluid I quickly hit the ignition before realizing I didnt have the MAF connected and a radiator hose disconnected that I swapped out also. Just doesnt make sense. Suggestions welcome. Thanks
