yes this is very sad, how things went wrong we dont know because you cant tell from the video. with respect to lucky dogs post i'm sorry but ur wrong most if not all police departments reqire some college education if not a degree. no, most police officers are not dumb low IQ idiots. yes like in all jobs there are some that make it bad for everyone else doing the stupid sh$t. all police departments have intensive screening and training process in order to like u say wield such authority. the police are here to help us remember that. they have a hard job to do.
