But since we're on the topic, unless you're completely frickin blind, please point out to us what looks more "expensive" in the Nissan interior than the Toyota's?

Yeah, I am totally biased, nevermind the fact that I never stated an opinion on either of the cars. Apparently it isn't only the illegals in Arizona that have a complete and utter lack of reading comprehension. Nice try, but you fail.

Not just a movie...one of the best motors ever built. Styling that still looks good on the road with a simple wheel upgrade, well respected in the car community due to what the car can do with under $ 1 k in mods. With a few other ones will blow almost ANYTHING off the road. Even blown American muscle.
Yes, BUT, you must admit that the prices of Supra's were driven up due to the movie!

The Z has suede/leather wrapped throughout the interior. The center armrests, glovebox, the doors, etc. Even behind the seats the panels are covered in suede.

I prefered the Z's wrap around dash layout, but I don't find the Supras to be that bad either. A plus side to the Supra is that the dash gives plenty of room to integrate a boost conroller/wideband/etc. cleanly.

Keep in mind that both of these interiors regardless of them being TT vs NA are almost identical to there counterparts. The Z32 has 1 gauge difference on the dash that shows boost and the center console has a "sport" mode.

On the Supra it's very similar. The gauges are slightly different but nothing night and day different. Jickel summed it up pretty well.

That is a bit disconcerting, especially as he later goes on to say that he needs the money for a real estate investment. If he just got the loan a year ago, then the amount he will be paid for the car should leave him breaking even on the car, if that. I detect some funny business going on here.
not really disconcerting, if he was a smart buyer he didnt stretch himself thin on the car loan. One should never be upside down in payments.
So lets say he put 10~15 k down (which should be the least you would put down in a car worth 35k) and that he has been paying for a yr on a 3 yr loan. His payments should be around 600 a month, so after a yr he has another 7200 in "equity".

so 7200 + initial money down of say 10000 = 17200.

he can sell that car, stop the 600 a month cash hemorrhage and pocket close to 20 grand cash.

20k down plus 600 a month can get you a 120~150k loan for you to invest which also happens to be the number the avrg foreclosed house sale closes for.

it actually makes perfect sense what he says in his add. Smart man

My bad, my comments were towards porshapwr.

But what does illegal immigration have to do anything? Nice way to bring politics into this thread.

Agree, I like the suede as well.

I was just pointing out that some people compared the Z's interior to a Supra, saying the Supra looks cheap into comparison. A little bit skewed as both interiors are dated by todays standards. Other than the suede, there really is no difference between interior quality other than the console layout. This could be said the same for the FD RX-7's and even the 3000gt's of that generation.

It's hard to feel just looking at pics. Having been an owner of a Z32 TT and having been around the big 4 Japanese Turbo cars of that day a lot I can tell you with certainty (IMO) that the Z had the best layout and quality feel. I would think the Supra would fall 2nd, the 3000GT 3rd, and the RX-7 last. The RX-7 felt simply awful (although very light).
