What rear 10mm spacer should I get for my M3 E46?

Choice A... Always go hubcentric.... The stresses on the wheel bearing are eliminated mostly with hubcentric....

But does it fit? Isn't the OEM hub 12mm? I've heard that you must go option B?

i just read about this on turner's web page (thinking about going square). it's way down at the bottom. you need hubcentric but 10mm spacers have issues because the lip on the BMW hub can stick out past 10mm and they can't make a 10mm spacer with a lip because you have the original lip in the way.

even if the lip stuck out 2mm beyond the spacer I personally wouldn't feel comfortable with that.

I have a set of Turners on the rear and have been very happy with them.

This lists their spacers for the E46's, but also lists some information you might find helpful.
