Just did my refresh this past weekend. Ended up needing the water pump pulley and another small hose, in addition to the other parts in the refresh kit.
BMA shipped me a metal housing. I had read about possible leaking, so put some sealant around the edge. Big job -- glad I had help from fellow owner. Just wrote it up with some pics: http://cparente.wordpress.com/2012/0...-on-my-e36-m3/
