You're doing it all wrong. Carrier pigeon is the only way to reach him now.

Thanks for bringing this thread to our attention.
Last handful of months has been a roller coaster ride here and continually trying to grow our team to better serve all avenues of the community.

We had to focus on the strengthening the foundation of the business, which is the technical and engineering side. I’m very thankful to say that we now have more hands on deck to support the growth of mechanical and wrenching side of things. This chapter alone took a bit of time and focus.

I am now working with someone to assist us with phone, social media, and forum.

Slowly but surely we are building the different pillars of this company to support the global clientele that we have.

I apologize for letting things slip through the cracks. Necessary improvements have been made to the business. I wish this stuff could happen overnight, but it is no doubt an uphill journey.

Thank you everyone for you steadfast patience and support. We’re excited to end this year strong and start the new year even better.

Cheers,
Alex

Thanks Alex for fulfilling the last few orders for me. Although I hate waiting when it comes to my car I know your a good guy and it doesn't help that you carry some parts that not many others do.

I'll bother you again when those fcab's are available.

Awesome Alex, glad to see you're still hangin' in there. I've always appreciated your contributions to the forum, and the (car parts) porn you'd post was always "climactic" to say the least

I am local to PE and have stopped by Alex's shop multiple times. I'm actually stopping by today to have him check out my exhaust. Stay patient everyone...he's definitely working on growing the brand and trying to keep up with work and success as it comes. He's definitely a great guy and you can trust him when it comes to his care for your car and business.

This thread scared me for a second. I spoke with Alex a while back and was planning on sending my car to him over the winter to have the subframe done. Happy to hear I don't have to find another shop and business is booming.

Performance Eurowerks has a very large clientele and business is definitely very strong. I too am local and will say that they are doing their absolute best with the amount of resources they currently have. If you don't get through immediately, leave them a PM or better yet an email with your contact information and they'll definitely get in touch ASAP.

One thing is for sure, they do absolute top-notch work and Alex will make sure nothing is overlooked and treat your vehicle as if it's one of his own

Alex is a great guy and I have trusted him and work ethic. I am local and have been working with him for over 3 years. He is swamped with client cars compared to man power. But I rest assured he always has my best interest. He is been extremely busy over the past few months, and is planning go adding additional staff in the next month or so.

There is a reason he has a following and a many client cars in the shop.

My own car is been in the shop for over a month (engine swap, cams install, CSL intake, tune) and although I haven't received continues updates I know he will take care of me.
