That's true, but at this point it's definitely something else. Sounds like the vacuum line to the ICV is shot. It always idles real rough for a second on startup then smooths out.

Went to the stealership today, they were pretty confident it wasn't a vaccuum leak. So I just figured I'd do the fuel pump since that's what they suspect. It's due anyways soon with 130k miles and it hums a fair amount. Boo

It's a journey to comb through and isolate/eliminate culprits...

FINAL UPDATE (THANK GOD): So it was the fuel pump, cars running better than ever. Silky smooth and pulling strong. At least now I have a new MAF, O2 sensors, confirmed that my exhaust/intake don't leak and new fuel pump so the money wasn't totally wasted. Thanks for everybody's help!
