Default Mercedes Clk 500 paint correction

CLK 500
“Three step correction”

This client found me through a detailing forum looking for quality paint correction work. Once we finally were able to slot a time for his car, I was able to transform this car from swirl city into a near perfect condition, a “brand new” paint job of sorts. This paint was really nice to work on, not too hard, but not too soft either….just right!!!!

Process:
Washed
Clayed
Paint prepped
Paint correction
Paint cleansed
Sealed paint
Wheel and tires cleaned and dressed
Windows cleaned
Interior vacuumed, cleaned, protected

Befores:

Paint defects on different panels

Defects before and after depicting how the whole car resulted from the paint correction:

After car shots

I believe this was a 11 hour detail with some help for 4 hours of it…so 15 hours total!

Great write up. I'll have to do some of this on my wife's black CLK 350 Vert. It's a total pain to keep clean.
