Default FS-GC rear ride height adjusters

I have a set of used GC rear ride height adjusters with upper rear spring locators. 100+shipping, located in metro NY.

If you don't mind me asking, how do you take off the GC upper spring locators (the white cup like things). Sorry for the thread jack

I used a flat head screw driver to pry enough to fit a pry bar, its on there very tight.
