Now that I have them, I better understand why you looked into ways to keep them after you sold the ///M.

Agreed. Ralph and Chuck's work has been an incredible contribution to the M3 community; for E46 and E9x cars.
While I missed out on all of the group buys, I am fortunate to have come across a set in this finish and condition.

Thanks, I'm glad to have had the timing work out the way it did.

Wheel studs are TC Kline.

I have a set of the 18" RG-63s (for e46) in Hyper Black with Continental Extreme DW (summers). I hardly used them at all and they look great. PM me if you're interested. I sold my car so they're sitting in my garage in a corner.

Time for new rubber, and thinking of trying the Michelin PSS everyone has been raving about. Struggling with sizes: go with 285/255 again, or 275/245, or 265/235. I like the width now as it makes the car look...you know...good, but the trammeling on the street... the tire weight goes down with smaller widths; less unspron weight.
Here is the kicker; last fall I put my winter storck rims/Michelins PSAS on and realized a fantastic increase in gripp (~45°). I know the PS3s were bald, but the difference was big. Maybe the Michelin PS All Seasons will have more gripp that the Super Sports?
Whatever I pick, I'm stuck with it for 2 years. Obviously, it's Michelins only.

I second Obioban on the PSS; light, and awesome grip.
I'm running 275/245 on mine (also in sig pic); feels pretty responsive and still has excellent grip.
